How You Will Do It
- Assemble prototype and production precision units in accordance with engineering specifications.
- Modify and rework components as required to meet product requirements.
- Perform semi-complex setup activities using a variety of assembly fixtures and tools.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet defined standards.
- Read and follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Identify and escalate quality, process, or material issues promptly.
- Support continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Work collaboratively with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams.
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental requirements.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience ,hands-on technical experience.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality standards.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience assembling precision, prototype, or electro-mechanical products.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and assembly documentation.
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.
