About IV Nutrition

IV Nutrition is a premium wellness and IV therapy clinic in Los Gatos offering IV hydration and nutrient drips, NAD+, IM injections, wellness testing, functional health services, weight-loss support, peptides, red light therapy, compression therapy, and other wellness services.

We are looking for an energetic, creative, outgoing, and results-driven Marketing & Medical Assistant to join our growing team. This is primarily a marketing and business-growth position, with Medical Assistant responsibilities supporting our clinical operations.
 

Primary Responsibility: Marketing & Business Growth

The majority of your time will be focused on growing IV Nutrition's presence, generating new patient leads, increasing bookings, and building our local brand.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to increase new patient acquisition
• Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms
• Create engaging Reels, Stories, posts, photos, and videos
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions
• Create content showcasing our services, clinic experience, team, events, and wellness offerings
• Take photos and videos for social media and marketing campaigns
• Respond to social media inquiries and help convert followers and leads into appointments
• Follow up with prospective patients and marketing leads
• Develop strategies to increase repeat visits, memberships, packages, and referrals
• Identify and develop partnerships with local businesses, gyms, fitness studios, salons, hotels, corporate offices, event planners, and wellness organizations
• Identify local events and opportunities to promote IV Nutrition
• Help coordinate and participate in community events, networking events, health fairs, and corporate wellness events
• Develop creative promotions and campaigns to increase clinic traffic
• Track marketing leads, campaigns, engagement, and appointment conversions

Secondary Responsibility: Medical Assistant

When needed, you will support our clinical team with Medical Assistant duties, including:

• Patient intake and basic documentation
• Obtaining vital signs
• Preparing treatment rooms
• Assisting RNs with patient flow
• Preparing supplies and treatment areas
• Supporting RNs with appropriate non-clinical tasks
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment

What We're Looking For

We are especially interested in candidates who have both healthcare/Medical Assistant experience and strong marketing or social media skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Medical Assistant certification preferred
• Previous healthcare, wellness, med-spa, IV therapy, fitness, or similar experience
• Demonstrated experience with social media marketing
• Experience creating Reels, short-form videos, and engaging social content
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable networking and building local business relationships
• Sales or lead-generation experience is highly desirable
• Creative, proactive, organized, and self-motivated
• Professional appearance and personality
• Comfortable representing the IV Nutrition brand at community events
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
