About the Role

As a Legal Research Specialist, you will support customers by conducting legal research, managing expert witness search requests, and delivering accurate, timely information. This role combines research, customer service, and order management responsibilities, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping customers find the information they need and ensuring a high-quality service experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and provide information obtained by using internal and external resources

• Deliver clear, concise, accurate, timely and thorough communication to internal and external customers

• Apply established standards to the order management process to effectively meet departmental objectives

• Act as an advocate for the customer in reporting feedback and resolving issues

• Work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment and collaborate across the organization

Requirements

• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Be able to use Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

• Be able to show great customer service and relationship building skills

• Have equivalent work experience in law, legal research, customer support, or a related field

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-Ohio $42,200 - $70,400. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $44,500 - $74,100. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
