What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional day-to-day support to clients by managing service requests, transactional inquiries, investigations, and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
• Build strong relationships with clients, proactively identifying their needs and ensuring effective, timely resolution of issues.
• Serve as a trusted resource by leveraging your knowledge of BMO's products and services to connect clients with the right solutions and partners.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of service resolutions, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
• Produce and maintain regular and ad hoc reporting, dashboards, and service metrics to support business and client objectives.
• Analyze client feedback, service trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal partners across the organization to resolve complex issues and support strategic initiatives.
• Contribute valuable client and market insights that help drive enhancements to existing products, services, and client experiences.
• Support operational excellence by maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring all activities adhere to regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements.
• Exercise sound judgment when addressing complex situations, escalating issues where appropriate, and balancing client needs with prudent risk management practices.

What You'll Bring

• 2-3 years of experience in client service, relationship management, financial services, banking, or a related field.
• A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess issues, identify solutions, and drive outcomes.
• Experience interpreting data, preparing reports, and using insights to improve performance and service delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholder groups.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
