We're seeking a Shipping Associate to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role in a climate-controlled facility where you'll help ensure our products are packaged and shipped accurately to customers around the world.

What You'll Do:
This is an active role with a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Package and palletize products (approximately 90% of the role).
- Pick items accurately from customer orders using shipping checklists.
- Ensure products are packaged securely to prevent shipping damage.
- Assist with loading and shipment preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards.
- Perform basic equipment and tool maintenance.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified candidates will have:
- Experience in shipping, picking, packing, or warehouse operations.
- Experience using a pallet jack.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Experience palletizing large items preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable attendance and ability to start work at 6:00 AM.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally more than 75 pounds with appropriate assistance and equipment.
Schedule:
44-Hour Work Week:
- Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
