Part-time Customer Service Assistant

What this job involves

• Provide high standard customer service to visitors and tenants in a cultural and creative mall

• Start the day with greeting customers

• Handle customers’ enquiries, requests and phone calls at Information Counter and CS e-mail account

• Settle complaints and manage sudden incidents

• Support in-mall activities like exhibition events

• Perform inspection to stores at all floors and record information in daily patrol form

• Issue signage/ directory, notice and work orders

• Handle redemption

Desired experience and technical skills required

• Diploma or above in hospitality management, facilities management or related disciplines

• 1 year of experience in customer service preferably in frontline customer interaction, mall or hotel concierge experience

• Pleasant, polite, customer-oriented with good communication skills and manner

• Fresh graduates with some part-time experience in customer service field are welcomed

• Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
