Tax Intern

Job Description: Responsible for assisting the Finance group with tax related issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for corporate and partnership federal & state income tax compliance
• Prepare international sections of the US federal return, including Forms 5471 and 1118.
• Prepare the company’s US tax provision and assist with the foreign markets’ tax provision calculations
• Responsible for annual preparation of FBAR and similar reports
• Manage information related to US employee’s Ex-Patriot returns
• Assist with the transfer pricing documentation
• Assist in supporting the Accounting, International and Treasury departments as needed
• Assist with other various strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
• Minimum of 2 years accounting experience preferred
• Desire to pursue a career in tax/accounting
• Very organized
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
• Experience with DataTrax a plus
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work toward, and meet specified deadlines
