Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The main purpose of the role is to supervise US payroll services leveraging Standard Model of Employee Services Consolidation Process while searching for process optimization opportunities. These services are currently providing support for +20k employees to analyze bonuses compensation incidences and ensure correct payment whilst complying to agreed SLAs.

As Payroll Analyst USA - Payroll Inputs Salaried your responsibilities would consist of …
- Guarantee US portfolio services for Payroll Inputs execution.
- Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery while working in process improvements and time optimizations.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of PepsiCo's US business policies and labor legislation in order to enhance business processes.
- Track and Report KPIS and SLAs for (Employee Changes / Terminations/Payroll Inputs)processes
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience in Payroll, Finance, Accounting, or related processes (preferred).
- Knowledge of Human Resources processes (preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented.
