You’ll be one of the first people our customers interact with when they arrive for service, setting the tone for their entire experience. What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers with a warm, professional, and genuine approach

• Build strong relationships and create a positive customer experience

• Assist customers with their service visit and answer questions

• Coordinate customer arrivals, vehicle drop-offs, and service-related needs

• Move and organize vehicles around the service drive and lot

• Keep the service area organized, welcoming, and customer-ready

• Work closely with the Service team to ensure customers are looked after

• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service

• Step in wherever needed to help create a seamless experience for our customers

What We’re Looking For

• A naturally friendly and approachable personality

• Someone who genuinely enjoys meeting and helping people

• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills

• Confidence speaking with customers in person and over the phone

• Strong organization and multitasking abilities

• A professional and positive attitude

• Someone who takes initiative and is always willing to help

• Previous automotive experience is an asset, but not required
