Job Description:
What will you work on?
Follow the order from order receiving to goods delivery. Cooperate with other department to solve the problems. Complete the order under the direction of supervisor.
How will you create impact?
- Provide clerical support to the Program Management Department.
- Perform data entry, document preparation, sample’s arrangement for sales order related issue.
- Provide assistance where needed as directed by supervisor.
What are your skills and experience?
- Familiar with Microsoft Office operation.
- Good computer knowledge, experience in SAP R/3 system is preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese/Mandarin.
- Effective presentation, communication, persuasion skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, has team-work spirit.
- College degree or above.
- 1 - 2 years' relevant work experience in Hard Toys of Trading/Buying Office or EMS/FMCG industry. Fresh graduates would also be considered.
