As a Senior HR Business Partner, you act as the strategic and operational backbone for our leaders, ranging from ambitious young managers to experienced department leads. You will guide your business units through intensive transformation phases, facilitate practical manager workshops, and handle complex topics such as succession planning, restructuring, and sensitive employee relations with confidence. Your Mission
Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Act as a direct advisor to the managing director, as well as local department heads/leads/managers on talent management, succession planning, organizational restructuring, and sensitive employee relations issues.
- Drive engagement and retention initiatives, maintaining strong touchpoints with both corporate/office talents and production floor teams.
- Guide leaders through compensation reviews, promotion cycles, and salary adjustments to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Coach and mentor junior-to-mid-level managers on leadership, conflict resolution, and performance management.
HR Operations, Compliance & Systems
- Ensure full compliance with up-to-date Indonesian Labor Law, managing employment contracts, internal regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan), and statutory benefits (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan).
- Maintain data integrity across HRIS tools (e.g., Personio, Leapsome).
- Continually audit and streamline HR operations to drive efficiency and process automation.
Learning & Development (L&D) & Training Operations
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all departments in alignment with business goals.
- Design, implement, and track pre- and post-training evaluation frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick model) to measure training ROI and skill acquisition.
- Partner with department leads and external vendors to source or build tailored leadership workshops and functional upskilling programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably with exposure to both corporate and manufacturing/production environments.
- Hands-on experience in executing end-to-end Learning & Development workflows (TNA, curriculum sourcing, pre/post-evaluations).
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian labour regulations, industrial relations practices, and BPJS management.
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Bahasa Indonesia to interact with local teams and global stakeholders (such as global managers of local employees).
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee relations with high empathy, integrity, and firmness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HRIS and performance tools (e.g., Personio, Leapsome) and project software (Jira, Confluence).
- Professional certifications in HR (e.g., BNSP HR Certification) or Training (e.g., BNSP Trainer/TOT).
