[What the role is]

As part of the Estate Management team, you will support the planning, design and delivery of estate renewal and enhancement projects within Sentosa Cove, working across the full project lifecycle from initial concept through to completion. Working alongside internal and external stakeholders including property owners, consultants and contractors, you will contribute to a range of tasks spanning technical documentation review, site inspections, research and design studies, and the development of presentations and project materials.

[What you will be working on]

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders, including property owners, consultants, contractors and partners, to support ongoing projects and estate initiatives.

  • Assist in the review of architectural drawings, plans and technical documentation for compliance with project requirements, specifications, relevant regulations, and Sentosa Cove's Design Guidelines and Planning Parameters.

  • Support the planning and development of estate renewal and rejuvenation projects, including the preparation of project briefs, technical requirements, implementation plans and project strategies, with exposure to the full project lifecycle from initial concept and planning through implementation to project completion and handover.

  • Conduct site inspections and assist with site coordination, documentation and follow-up of works and project issues.

  • Undertake research, benchmarking and design studies to support estate enhancement, sustainability, placemaking and other improvement initiatives.

  • Assist in developing concepts, presentations, plans and other visual or technical materials to communicate project proposals and recommendations.

  • Take on selected projects or workstreams, where appropriate.

[What we are looking for]

Job Requirements

  • University Degree or Diploma in Building or Facilities Management disciplines with 2 years working experience
  • Understanding of facility management principles, best practices, and industry standards
  • Familiarity with building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute facility-related projects efficiently
  • Experience in coordinating and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Good communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Class 3 driving licence preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
