Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Proactively reach out to customers for maintenance scheduling and promotions
- Explain services clearly and compassionately to homeowners
- Collaborate with service and dispatch teams
- Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan CRM
- Support team members and contribute to positive workplace culture
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Warm, personable demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
