Description
Bring your energy to Aggreko as Bid Coordinator / Project Tender Administrator based in Manila. You’ll provide coordination, administrative, and documentation support across the Renewable IPP Solutions APAC bid and opportunity pipeline. The role supports the Bid Manager and Commercial team by keeping bid activities organised, coordinating inputs, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring stakeholder alignment across the opportunity lifecycle.

You will be part of a team delivering hybrid and renewable energy solutions across the APAC region. By supporting structured bid coordination and accurate information management, this role helps enable well‑informed decision‑making and high‑quality client submissions that contribute to Aggreko’s growth in cleaner energy solutions.
What you’ll do as Bid Coordinator / Project Tender Administrator:
Bid Coordination & Workflow Support including supporting the organisation and compilation of bid materials, maintaining summaries of bids and opportunity records, monitoring delivery schedules, milestone trackers, action lists and contributors and tracking clarifications, technical inputs, pricing notes, and approvals during bids
Proposal & Content Support including formatting and organise draft proposal documents and attachments, assisting in maintaining standard proposal templates and content libraries, support document formatting and consistency, managing records and files and assisting with maintaining team capability information and reference materials
Pipeline (CRM) & Record Management including maintaining currency of pipeline registers and opportunity trackers, organising project documentation and bid records and assisting with internal reporting on pipeline activity and bid status
Team Support & Administration including raising purchase requisitions and tracking approval, assisting with invoice processing and onboarding suppliers, arrange travel bookings and itineraries, new starter onboarding and supporting the team with general administration
You are / have:
A minimum of approx. 4-5 years in administration, managing compilation of information, document formatting, records management etc
A background in providing administrative support to projects or complex tenders, ideally within the construction or renewables power generation industries
Outstanding organisation and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail and document accuracy
Ability to assist in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong communication skills and confidence hunting down information and following up with stakeholders
An advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with Teams, SharePoint or similar collaboration tools
Experience working with document control platforms such as Aconex, SharePoint, Smartsheet’s, Salesforce or similar systems is highly regarded.
Ideally have exposure to tender or bid processes, experience in proposal support, project coordination or technical administration
Preferably have familiarity with structured document management workflows
Ideally have experience supporting engineering, energy, construction or infrastructure teams
