We Do Consulting Differently
** Candidates do not need to be based in Hong Kong from the date of application, we would consider applications from people looking to relocate/return to HK as long as you have a right to work in HK**
Start your consulting career by helping clients address questions that matter. As a Graduate Associate at BRG, you will contribute to live projects, learn from experienced colleagues and build analytical skills from day one. BRG is a global, expert-led consulting firm founded on the principles of entrepreneurialism, collaboration and transparency.
You will join BRG as an associate, working on assignments across various industries and moving amongst our core practices, which include:
Expert Witness Services in Commercial Disputes and International Arbitration
Finance and Business Valuation
Intellectual Property Advice and Valuation
Forensic Accounting and Investigations
Economic Consulting, Regulation and Business Strategy
Business Insurance Claims
From providing key support to market-leading experts testifying in high-stakes litigation to being an integral team member consulting on large-scale projects, you will apply intellectual rigour to casework whilst developing practical, real-world experience and gaining in-depth insight into how businesses, industries and markets operate.
This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in finance at the cutting edge of business matters
The role
The work of an Associate can have quantitative and qualitative aspects, depending on the needs of specific projects and the Associate’s skills and interests. Projects range from subject matter research to data collection, to the preparation of economic, statistical, financial, and other forms of analysis. You will build technical skills and contribute to work that shapes important legal and business outcomes.
Your experience as an Associate
From your first weeks, you will follow a structured onboarding and training programme that prepares you to contribute confidently to project work.
Tackle real client questions: Apply theory and industry insight to complex issues.
Work with data that matters: Analyse client datasets using appropriate tools and statistical techniques, with support from experienced colleagues.
Build clear analysis: Develop models that connect evidence, theory and industry context.
Explore current debates: Research market developments and academic literature, then turn your findings into useful client insight.
Contribute as part of a team: Share ideas, ask questions and learn from colleagues with different disciplines, experiences and perspectives.
Keep developing: Join our global training programme and connect with Associates from across BRG. Associates in the Hong Kong practice will be supported in studying for a chartered accountancy qualification (e.g. CPA with the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, or equivalent).
Be part of office life: Choose from team events, sports and social activities. We aim to offer varied ways to connect, so participation is welcoming and accessible.
