Successful candidates will have the following:
- Bachelor's degree
- experience in SNF
- excellent communication skills

Your day to day:
You'll work with residents, their families, physicians, and care team to ensure the resident's needs are met both physically and emotionally. You'll collaborate with admissions and discharge teams to plan accordingly for the resident's care during and after their stay. You'll work under supervision of our Administrator to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
