Marketing Communications Staff Specialist Your role As a member of Infineon Greater China’s corporate brand and marketing communications team, you will elevate Infineon’s brand influence and market visibility across China through high-value, industry-leading marketing initiatives, integrated communications strategies, digital platform operations and marketing digital transformation practices. Your work will directly drive closer connections between Infineon and local customers, partners and industry stakeholders, making a solid and continuous contribution to the company’s long-term sustainable business success in the region. Key responsibilities in your new role Continuously improve customer engagement performance for all marketing campaigns and events. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to leverage professional data analytics tools, visualize actionable data insights, and iteratively optimize the full customer journey across the entire campaign and event lifecycle. Work closely with IT, HCJ and other relevant functional teams to support the development of marketing-specific functional modules and data dashboards, and take charge of their stable daily operation. Collaborate closely with business divisions, market segments and relevant functional departments to deliver seamless integrated online and offline cross-channel marketing approaches. Support the execution of key programs including top-tier trade shows, Infineon signature events and customer engagement activities. Build a transparent, efficient internal information synchronization mechanism, maintain smooth two-way communication with key internal stakeholders to ensure full alignment on project implementation progress. Take on and deliver other marketing and communications related tasks and ad-hoc projects assigned by the team. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Brand Management or other related fields. 3~5 years of full-time working experience in marketing and communications roles, with prior experience in multinational high-tech enterprises or top-tier PR agencies being a strong preference. Self-motivated and proactive working attitude, with proven experience in cross-team collaboration and end-to-end project management, excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong team orientation and a solution-oriented "can-do" mindset. Capable of working efficiently under high-intensity business scenarios and delivering high-quality outputs to meet tight deadlines. Full professional proficiency in both English and Chinese, with strong capabilities in both verbal communication and professional written document drafting. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with good skills in PowerPoint presentation production, data processing in Excel and structured document editing in Word. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
