The opportunity
We are looking for high caliber professionals to join our team as Service Sales. As a Service Sales, you need to perform as a technical bid manager who analyzes customer RFQs, defines solution strategies, and calculates bidding prices and a project pipeline owner who maintains high-accuracy forecasts in SFDC and hands over signed contracts to the execution team. This position requires over five years of sales or sales support experience with solid knowledge of T&D products such as GIS, GCB, AIS, and Transformers and fluent English skills in reading, writing, and speaking, with Cantonese proficiency preferred.
How you’ll make an impact
1. Regular customer visit to develop PGSV service project opportunities in Hong Kong/Macau area i.e. extension, retrofit, strategic spare parts. Support internal/external customer actively with customer concerns and receive customer feedback.
2. Receive RFQs from end customers or internal customers, register RFQ in SFDC, make assessments on RFQs, distribute support tasks to internal support team, i.e. technical support/commercial support.
3. Maintenance and update project information of service project projects pipeline in the SFDC, improve the high accurate forecast in the SFDC.
4. Analysis customer RFQs, initial the Risk Review process in cased required, define technical solution, collect technical document and cost information from internal support function team, prepare technical proposal document.
5. Calculate bidding price/sales price, define the price strategy and prepare the bidding document and submit to customer, follow up negotiation/clarifications with customer.
6. Sign the contract with customer and work with commercial team to register contract to SAP system.
7. Handover contract to project execution team, support project manager with necessary communication with customer during project execution stage.
8. Analysis marketing trend and prepare/implement business development plan, support marketing event in responsible region.
9.Practical application of digital tools and data to support customer interactions, service execution, and issue resolution.
10. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1.Bachelor and above.
2.Preferred major in mechanical/electrical engineering.
3.Over five years sales/sales support experience, and good knowledge of T&D products, GIS/GCB/AIS/Transformers.
4.Fluent English skills in written, oral and reading, prefer with Cantonese speaking.
5.Good communication and presentation skills, customer orientation.
6.Good team player. Like challenges and interested in learning new things/knowledge.
7.Requires Developing Digital and Data Fluency, with practical application of digital tools and data to support customer interactions and service execution.
