As a Cash Connect Compliance Operations Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting regulatory compliance, operational risk management, and process improvement initiatives across Cash Connect operations. You'll partner with Compliance, Operations, Technology, and external vendors to ensure reporting accuracy, strengthen controls, and drive operational excellence.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Cash Connect regulatory compliance activities, including Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR), customer due diligence, and related reporting requirements.
  • Monitor compliance, operational, and risk metrics to identify trends, reporting exceptions, and opportunities to strengthen controls and improve processes.
  • Investigate and resolve reporting, system, and data-quality issues by partnering with Compliance, Operations, Technology, and other business stakeholders.
  • Prepare reporting, dashboards, and analysis to support regulatory compliance, risk management, and business decision-making.
  • Participate in system enhancements, testing, process improvements, and regulatory change initiatives to drive operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Coordinate audit-related activities, including regulatory examinations, internal audits, vendor oversight reviews, and remediation efforts.
  • Support insurance compliance, claims administration, loss reporting, and related risk-management activities.
  • Maintain policies, procedures, documentation, and records to ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate across teams and contribute to special projects, onboarding activities, and other initiatives that support Cash Connect operations and risk management.
  • Support additional projects and initiatives that contribute to the success of the Cash Connect team and broader organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred and 2+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, regulatory reporting, banking operations, audit, financial services, or a related function.
  • Working knowledge of BSA/AML regulations, Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR), and compliance-related processes.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk, identify trends, and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience working with data, reporting, audits, examinations, vendor oversight, insurance compliance, or operational risk activities is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Salary Range:

$48,416.00 - $79,541.75

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
