Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

· Gain and maintain proficiency in Aseptic Kitting, Batching, and Process Operations.

· Provide break relief, vacation coverage, and staffing support across all assigned operational areas to ensure continuous production.

· Perform all duties associated with kitting, batching, and process operations in accordance with established procedures, production schedules, and quality standards.

· Gather, verify, stage, weigh, measure, and prepare materials and ingredients required for production.

· Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot processing equipment while ensuring critical process parameters remain within specification.

· Complete all production, quality, inventory, and operational documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

· Follow and comply with all safety, food safety, GMP, HACCP, SQF, sanitation, and quality requirements.

· Identify, communicate, and escalate equipment, process, safety, or quality concerns as appropriate.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready work environment.

· Support production goals, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational excellence efforts.

· Adapt to changing business needs by rotating between functional areas and shifts as required.

· Collaborate effectively with operators, supervisors, maintenance, quality, and other departments to support safe and efficient plant operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

· High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school preferred.

· Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and aseptic practices in a manufacturing setting.

· Ability to read and interpret SOPs, technical documents, and production reports.

· Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment in each position of work.

· Basic math and mechanical aptitude required.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.

· Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to product quality.

· Must be able to stand, lift, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods.
