Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician specializing in Family Medicine for an outpatient position serving clinics in Fitchburg and Leominster, Massachusetts. This position provides comprehensive primary care across two nearby outpatient locations with flexible 8, 10 or 12-hour shifts and a choice of 3, 4 or 5-day workweek schedules.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Family Medicine / Primary Care
• Practice At Two Nearby Outpatient Locations In Fitchburg And Leominster
• Flexible 8, 10 Or 12-Hour Shifts
• Choice Of 3, 4 Or 5-Day Workweek Schedules
• Up To 36 Clinical Hours Per Week
• Phone-Only Call Rotation
• No Routine Nights Or Weekends
• Typical Patient Volume Of 24 Or More Patients Per Day
• Collaborative, Physician-Led Team
• New Graduates Encouraged To Apply

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary Starting At $225,000 For A 36-Hour Workweek
• $30,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Quarterly Quality Bonus Of Up To $20,000 Annually

SCHEDULE
• Flexible 8, 10 Or 12-Hour Shifts
• Choice Of 3, 4 Or 5-Day Workweek
• Up To 36 Clinical Hours Per Week
• Phone-Only Call Rotation
• No Routine Nights Or Weekends

ROLE
• Provide Comprehensive Outpatient Primary Care
• Provide Relationship-Based Patient Care
• Practice At Outpatient Clinics In Fitchburg And Leominster
• Work Alongside An Experienced Physician-Led Team
• Participate In Phone-Only Call Rotation

Requirements

Requirements
• Board Certified Or Board Eligible In Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Massachusetts Medical License Or Ability To Obtain Massachusetts Medical Licensure REQUIRED
• Unrestricted DEA Registration REQUIRED
• Ability To Provide Outpatient Primary Care REQUIRED
• Ability To Practice At Both Fitchburg And Leominster Outpatient Locations REQUIRED

Preferred
• Interest In Relationship-Based Outpatient Primary Care Preferred
• Interest In A Collaborative, Team-Based Practice Preferred
