Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. The role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. This position emphasizes delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services by applying modern technologies and adopting a cloud-first, agile approach. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous improvement of system components are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering an environment of creativity and technical excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align development activities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Architecture.
- Strong experience in developing both frontend and backend components using Java technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud computing principles and deploying applications in cloud environments.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Experience with database design, optimization, and management.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
