The Habitat Care ESS Site Operations Leader role is a key part of the overall PS Organization in scaling new innovation and ensuring ongoing operational excellence.

Site Leader Role Overview (SL)

Role Overview:

The ESS Site Leader is the single-point-accountable (SPA) between P&G and the Contract Manufacturer (CM) for operational matters, owning operational results, and coordinates all P&G operational interactions impacting the CM.  The Site Leader works in partnership with Planning resources, Quality, Purchases, Finance and other support functions to ensure the CM has the base capability to deliver P&G requirements, including support for the achievement of the CBN for External Supply Solutions (ESS).  The Site Leader is responsible for maintaining and fostering a continuous improvement mentality at the CM sites while improving their capability to produce at best possible value. The Site Leader may be responsible for a single or multiple CM sites and may assume additional responsibilities to support the organization.   The Site Leader works in conjunction with the Supplier Relationship Owner (SRO) in Purchases to be the voice to P&G for the CM.

    • Service (Ensuring the site is meeting PGV production needs)
    • Quality (supporting QA site leader)
    • Cost (loss analysis/Kaizen – Continuous improvement)
    • FCR Process (ensuring accurate and timely responses)
    • Communicating production plans to the site (working with SNO team to ensure site capabilities are considered in the production plan)

Job Qualifications

- Previous Manufacturing, Engineering or ESS Operations experience

- Project Management

- Effective working within a multifunctional team

- Excellent communication skills

- Can lead complex problem solving efforts

- Can work with and influence both external and internal leadership organizations

- Proven leadership in Continuous improvement

- Ability to travel domestically
