Job Summary

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will support semiconductor manufacturing operations by ensuring products move efficiently through production processes while maintaining quality, safety, and operational excellence.

You will partner closely with production, engineering, quality, and operations teams to support manufacturing performance and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations and production workflow.
• Monitor product movement and production status.
• Execute operational procedures according to defined work instructions.
• Escalate process abnormalities and production issues promptly.
• Perform data collection and basic analysis to support manufacturing improvement activities.
• Support yield, productivity, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.

Other & AI Responsibilities

• Utilize approved digital and AI-enabled tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support data-driven decision making and process optimization activities.

Candidate Profile / Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or related disciplines.
• Able to work on 12 hours shift.

Must Have Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Computer literacy and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Basic analytical skills.
• Data interpretation capability.

Must Have Soft Skills

• Strong troubleshooting mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, teamwork and collaboration.
• Willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship exposure in manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools.

AI Requirements

• Basic AI and digital literacy for operational and analytical tasks.
