Receiving Associate (Fullerton, CA)

Avocado is currently looking for a Receiving Associate to be part of the Logistics Team. This role will report to the Shipping Manager.

The Receiving Associate will be responsible for receiving inbound packages, unpack and inspect the packages, and input data into different spreadsheets and documents. This role will process . This candidate will be part of a dynamic, fast-growing team maintaining control of all inventory items produced and purchased.

*Note on Location: Here at Avocado Green Brands, we treasure teamwork and working together in person. Depending on the role, you will be working on-site at one of our Fullerton locations. 

*Note on Pay Transparency:. The pay range for this role is  $17.00-$19.63

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON…

• Unpacking and inspecting returned merchandise.

• Imputing received merchandise info on the computer system.

• Processing and distributing merchandise.

• Reviewing merchandise to determine disposition.

• Other tasks as required to meet team goals.

• Adhere to Avocado’s Safety standards.

• Assist with other functions as needed.

WHAT YOU BRING…

• Must be able to lift heavy - team lift.

• Forklift Experience a plus, but not required.

• Know basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)

• Capable of working in a team environment, and in various departments across the facility.

• Comprehensive utilization of warehouse systems.

• Follow company safety culture and Cal OSHA regulations.

• Report incident injury and hazard to managers.

• Able to identify work hazard situations.

• Following the  company safety culture while performing the job duties required for the position.

• Regular and predictable attendance.
