Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Adoption & Change Management Executive, you will coordinate and support Office 365 adoption initiatives by assisting with training sessions, customer onboarding, adoption planning, reporting and communication materials to ensure users are guided effectively throughout the implementation process.
- Plan, coordinate and support end-to-end Adoption & Change Management (ACM) activities for Microsoft 365, Copilot and related digital workplace solutions.
- Design, prepare and deliver user training sessions covering Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Office apps, SharePoint, Copilot and other relevant tools.
- Facilitate training sessions professionally, including participation moderation, attendance tracking, Q&A handling, feedback collection and user engagement support.
- Prepare post-training documentation, including g Proof of Execution (PoE) reports, feedback summaries, attendance records, adoption insights, and improvement recommendations.
- Develop and maintain adoption materials such as slide decks, user guides, quick reference guides, video scripts, feedback forms, posters, email communications and campaign content.
- Support customer onboarding by guiding users through solution awareness, first-user experience, training readiness, and adoption support activities.
- Assist in developing adoption plans, communication plans, training schedules, and change enablement activities to drive successful user adoption.
- Monitor adoption progress, training effectiveness, user feedback, and usage trends, and provide regular updates to internal teams, customers, and project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, trainers, and customer stakeholders to resolve adoption challenges and support smooth project delivery.
- Keep up to date with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and modern workplace updates, and incorporate relevant changes into training materials and adoption activities
- Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, user challenges, and opportunities to improve ACM delivery, training quality, and service offerings
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor and comply with all company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering required
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building customer and internal relationships
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer challenges effectively
- Proficiency in data analysis, identifying trends, and finding improvement opportunities
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
