We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Residential Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumber license and have a strong background in residential plumbing service. We are looking for a reliable professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, provides excellent customer service, and can confidently diagnose and repair a wide range of residential plumbing issues. 

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
• Perform service calls for leaks, clogged drains, water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and other plumbing issues.
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options.
• Install and replace plumbing fixtures, water heaters, valves, piping, and related equipment.
• Explain plumbing issues and recommended solutions clearly to homeowners.
• Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer approval before beginning work.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and protect customers' homes while performing service.
• Complete service documentation, invoices, and job notes accurately.
• Follow applicable plumbing codes, company procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.
