Our Grid Integration portfolio spans a wide range of transmission and substation applications, which facilitate reliable and efficient system integration of the future digital electric network with minimum environmental impact.

We incorporate the integrated systems, solutions and services of our business' DC and AC fields, including HVDC, Substations, FACTS, Grid and Power Quality solutions such as offshore wind connections, and Semiconductors. We offer Power Consulting for key segments in the energy system, such as renewables, transmission distribution and as well as e-transportation solutions.

How you’ll make an impact

1. You will manage HVDC service projects throughout the full project lifecycle and ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery.

2. You will work with customers and key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.

3. You will develop project execution plans and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets.

4. You will establish project risk management processes, identify potential risks, and drive preventive and mitigation actions.

5. You will coordinate engineering, technical, field service, supply chain, and partner resources to support efficient project execution.

6. You will act as the main customer interface for the project and communicate project progress, key risks, and solutions in a timely manner.

7. You will manage project cost control, revenue forecasting, and financial performance to achieve project business targets.

8.You will be responsible for driving lessons learned and continuous improvement, sharing best practices, and support team development.

9. You will participate in pre-sales and tendering activities by supporting service solution development and delivery planning, and by providing input on project timelines, resources, risks, and costs.

10.You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background 

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Automation, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.

2. 5–10 years of project management experience, preferably with experience in site delivery, engineering projects, or operation and maintenance projects.

3. Experience in HVDC, power transmission and transformation projects, substations, or power infrastructure projects is preferred.

4. Strong customer communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across functions and stakeholders.

5. Able to use English as a working language; experience in multinational companies or cross-cultural project teams is preferred.

6. PMP certification or international project experience is preferred.

7. Willingness to travel or provide on-site support as required by project needs.
