As a Prep Cook, you’ll play a key role in supporting our all-scratch kitchen by preparing fresh ingredients, maintaining organization, and ensuring our culinary team is set up for success each day. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about food, eager to learn, and takes pride in quality and consistency.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare ingredients including chopping, slicing, and portioning
- Follow recipes and prep lists to support daily service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and storage areas
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health standards
- Assist line cooks and kitchen team as needed
- Help receive and store deliveries properly
Requirements:
- Passion for cooking and working with fresh ingredients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Team-oriented mindset
- Prior kitchen or prep experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
