Salary: $45.30 - $63.95 per hour 

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Call requirements! Provide direct nursing care following established organizational policies, procedures, and protocols, as well as taking down and carrying out physician and nursing orders.
• Implement and monitor active care plans while keeping track of, recording, and sharing any changes in patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as the main coordinator across all disciplines to ensure seamless, well-managed patient care.
• Evaluate and coordinate each patient's discharge planning needs alongside the rest of the healthcare team.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
