Successful Candidates for this role:

• Provide timely and detailed preventative maintenance on highly technical facilities equipment.
• Deliver efficient and skilled response to restore equipment to service as soon as possible, in the event of a system failure.
• Identify and respond according to alarm conditions
• Provide effective and timely support to resolve equipment issues.
• Identify and resolve chronic equipment alarm issues.
• Identify and reduce equipment defects to improve quality and enhance system stability.
• Maintain records on testing and calibrations of equipment.
• Assist with installation, modification, repair and removal of facilities equipment.
• Provide a high level of service with strong customer focus and build effective relationships with supported teams.
• Use AI-powered tools daily to improve troubleshooting, diagnostics, documentation, data analysis, and maintenance planning.
• Leverage AI to analyze equipment trends, identify failure patterns, support root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Use AI-assisted tools to develop procedures, generate technical documentation, summarize maintenance activities, and improve knowledge management.
• Apply AI and advanced analytics to improve reliability, calibration management, AI Assistant predictive maintenance, and operational efficiency. Generative AI
