What You’ll Do At Elekta:

As a Clinical Physics Specialist, you will utilise your clinical experience to support the development, validation, and continuous improvement of Elekta's products and solutions. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Quality, and Clinical teams, you will ensure products are clinically relevant, compliant, and ready to support world-class patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute validation activities across Elekta's product portfolio, including test planning, execution, reporting, and documentation.
• Apply clinical knowledge of Radiation Oncology workflows and treatment techniques to support product development and releases.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to develop new products and enhance existing solutions.
• Provide clinical expertise through workflow reviews, system demonstrations, prototype assessments, and clinical consultation.
• Deliver clinical training, support pilot implementations, and provide feedback from customers to internal stakeholders.
• Support escalated clinical application issues and contribute to product improvements and new feature releases.
• Participate in regulatory and quality activities, including audits and compliance reviews.
• Mentor and support colleagues, contributing to onboarding, knowledge sharing, and team development.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Radiotherapy, Oncology, Medical Physics, Dosimetry, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years' clinical experience within a Radiation Oncology environment.
• Strong understanding of radiotherapy workflows, treatment delivery techniques, treatment planning systems and clinical applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across multidisciplinary teams and influence without formal authority.
• Experience using Elekta technologies such as Linear Accelerators, Monaco, MOSAIQ, SmartView, XVI, iView, Integrity, or related solutions is desired
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to approximately 35%).
