Additionally, the position requires ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing software to improve functionality and address any issues, contributing to the overall success of client projects through continuous development efforts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing reusable components and integrating them within complex Salesforce environments.
- Strong understanding of client-server architecture and asynchronous programming models.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to component performance and user experience.
- Familiarity with version control systems and deployment processes in Salesforce ecosystems.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
