岗位职责

1. 生产设备维修与保养

• 负责工厂各类生产设备的日常巡检、维修及保养工作；
• 负责电焊机、电动叉车、电动平板车、升降平台等厂内电动设备的故障诊断与维修；
• 负责设备电气线路、电机、控制系统等部件的检查、维护和更换；
• 及时处理设备突发故障，保障生产正常运行；
• 建立并维护设备维修保养记录。

2. 厂务设施维修与维护

• 负责工厂各类设施设备的维修保养工作，包括但不限于：
  • 电动移动门、伸缩门及门禁系统；
  • 厂区照明系统；
  • 卫生间给排水设备及感应设施；
  • 办公区域及公共区域电气设施；
  • 其他厂务配套设施。
• 定期开展设施巡检，发现并消除安全隐患。

3. 电气系统维护

• 负责厂区高低压配电设施的日常巡检和维护；
• 协助实施电气设备安装、改造和调试工作；
• 严格执行电气安全操作规程，确保设备安全稳定运行。

4. 安全与管理

• 严格遵守公司EHS及安全管理制度；
• 执行电气作业安全要求，落实风险识别与防范措施；
• 配合完成设备台账管理及相关维修报告编制；
• 完成上级安排的其他维修保障工作。

任职要求

基本要求

• 年龄40周岁以下；
• 中专及以上学历；
• 电气工程、电气自动化、机电一体化等相关专业优先。

资格证书

• 必须持有有效《高压电工操作证》；
• 同时持有《低压电工操作证》者优先。

工作经验

• 3年以上工厂维修电工相关工作经验；
• 熟悉工业设备及厂务设施维修工作；
• 具有制造业、化工厂、机械加工厂等工业企业工作经验者优先。

专业技能

• 熟悉高低压配电系统及电气安全规范；
• 能独立完成设备故障分析和维修；
• 熟悉电焊机、电动叉车等电动设备的维修保养；
• 具备电机、接触器、继电器、变频器等常见电气元件维护能力；
• 能看懂电气原理图和接线图；
• 熟练使用万用表、钳形表、绝缘电阻测试仪等检测工具。

综合素质

Job Description

Maintenance Electrician (Facility & Industrial Equipment)

Position Summary

The Maintenance Electrician is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment and facility electrical systems to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Equipment Maintenance

• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair of production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical equipment used within the plant, including welding machines, electric forklifts, electric flatbed carts, and lifting platforms.
• Inspect, maintain, and replace electrical components such as wiring systems, motors, and control systems.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and service records for all equipment.

2. Facility Maintenance

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of facility systems and infrastructure, including but not limited to:

• Powered sliding gates, retractable gates, and access control systems.
• Plant lighting systems.
• Restroom plumbing, drainage, and sensor-operated facilities.
• Electrical installations in office and common areas.
• Other facility support systems and utilities.

In addition:

• Perform regular facility inspections and proactively identify and eliminate safety hazards.

3. Electrical System Maintenance

• Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of high-voltage and low-voltage power distribution systems.
• Assist with the installation, modification, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and maintain safe and reliable system operation.

4. Safety & Administration

• Strictly comply with company EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies and safety regulations.
• Follow electrical work safety requirements and implement hazard identification and risk prevention measures.
• Support equipment asset management and prepare maintenance reports as required.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

• Age below 40 years old.
• Technical secondary school diploma, associate degree, or above.
• Major in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, or related disciplines preferred.

Certifications

• Valid High Voltage Electrician Operation Certificate is mandatory.
• Low Voltage Electrician Operation Certificate is preferred.

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a maintenance electrician in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with maintenance of industrial equipment and facility systems.
• Experience in manufacturing plants, chemical plants, or machining facilities is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of high-voltage and low-voltage power distribution systems and electrical safety standards.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and repair equipment failures.
• Familiar with maintenance of welding machines, electric forklifts, and other electrically powered equipment.
• Proficient in maintenance of common electrical components, including motors, contactors, relays, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
• Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Skilled in using testing instruments such as multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation resistance testers.
