Position Overview:
As a Bilingual Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients in immigration matters. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide legal advice and solutions to help them navigate the complex immigration system. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in immigration matters, including family-based petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization, and removal proceedings
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing immigration law
- Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations, including family-based immigration, adjustment of status, naturalization, and removal proceedings
- Experience representing clients in immigration court hearings and USCIS interviews is preferred
