Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial analysis and modeling engagements, including forecasting, scenario analysis, financing evaluations, and cash flow assessments.
- Develop and oversee forward-looking budgets, rolling forecasts, KPIs, and performance dashboards aligned with client business objectives.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive strategic planning initiatives.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions through due diligence, financial analysis, research, and review of business and tax considerations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by managing engagements and participating in client discussions with a strong focus on service delivery and relationship management.
- Enhance and maintain financial models while identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
- Mentor and support junior team members through coaching, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute technical and analytical expertise in areas such as Power BI, coding, FP&A tools, or financial systems to strengthen client solutions and internal capabilities.
- Manage multiple priorities and engagement timelines within a fast-paced advisory environment.
- Stay informed on industry trends, financial reporting requirements, and evolving market conditions that may impact client strategies and operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- 5 years of relevant experience in finance, corporate advisory, FP&A, or related areas.
- CFA or similar professional credential such as CPA, CA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong PowerPoint and Word skills.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
