- Bridge clinical evidence generation and dissemination, translating data into impactful value-based customer propositions that support adoption and clinical practice change.
- Partner with Medical Education to strengthen the capabilities of the Cardiac Solutions organization through targeted upskilling initiatives, knowledge transfer, and best-practice sharing.

- You bring 5+ years of people leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
- You demonstrate strong business and financial acumen, with experience translating strategy into measurable commercial results.
- You possess excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling value propositions and influence senior clinical and commercial stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional leadership
- Results-driven with a focus on accountability and performance
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. On-site roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is a field role.
Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base gross annual salary range for this role in Germany is € 123,140 - € 130,356. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for annual incentive, with your rewards linked to KPIs. We'll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
