- You own the operational backbone of the partner lifecycle, including intake, review and decision workflows, contracting cadence, obligation tracking, renewals, and amendments tied to product releases and launches.
- You lead negotiations directly and with Legal, Privacy, Product, and Commercial partners to achieve favorable, executable terms while protecting Dexcom’s strategic interests.

- You collaborate across Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy and Security, Product Management, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure partner obligations are understood, executed, and monitored.
- You build and continuously improve templates, playbooks, and tracking tools to increase consistency, reduce cycle time, and create a single source of truth for partner terms and commitments.
- You define and report operational KPIs, including contracting cycle time, throughput, and obligation compliance, while proactively surfacing risks and bottlenecks to senior leadership.
What makes you successful:
- You bring wide-ranging partnership operations and contracting experience and use sound professional judgment to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively.
- You have advanced knowledge of contracting and operations concepts, techniques, and standards.
- You have demonstrated expertise in agreement development and negotiation, partner lifecycle governance, obligation management, and process optimization.
- You can evaluate complex situations, select appropriate methods and criteria, and determine effective approaches with considerable latitude.
- You build strong networks across functions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders beyond your immediate area of expertise.
- You can establish scalable operating standards, templates, playbooks, tracking tools, and performance measures for a high-volume portfolio.
- You balance contracting speed and business outcomes with risk management, privacy, intellectual property, and strategic considerations.
