The Opportunity

The Shipping, Interior Branding role supports the safe, accurate, and timely movement of products and materials through Stratus warehouse operations. This role prepares outgoing shipments, receives incoming deliveries, maintains shipping and inventory records, and helps ensure products are packaged, labeled, documented, and loaded correctly. This role works closely with warehouse, logistics, project management, and delivery partners to keep orders moving on schedule while maintaining quality, safety, and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

The Impact You’ll Make

  • Prepare, verify, package, label, and stage outgoing shipments to ensure orders are complete, accurate, protected for transit, and ready for scheduled pickup.
  • Receive incoming deliveries, inspect materials for accuracy or damage, document issues, and route products, packages, and materials to the appropriate location.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including shipment labels, bills of lading, outbound reports, customs documents when required, and electronic shipment records.
  • Coordinate with delivery drivers, carriers, logistics partners, and internal teams to support on-time pickups and deliveries, including driver check-in and check-out.
  • Track shipment status, communicate schedule or order changes, and help resolve shipping, inventory, or delivery issues in partnership with warehouse and project management teams.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records by scanning, counting, recording product movement, and updating electronic systems, logs, and reports.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as trained and authorized to move, stage, load, and store products safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following quality standards, safety requirements, environmental procedures, and established standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Team

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or material-handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack; current certification is preferred where applicable, or ability to complete required company training.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping, inventory, and proprietary software systems.
  • Ability to read and complete shipping documents, labels, inventory records, and basic reports accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through with the ability to manage changing shipping priorities and deadlines.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work professionally with drivers, carriers, project teams, and other internal partners.
  • Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment, follow procedures and instructions, and identify or escalate shipping, quality, or inventory issues.

Pay Transparency

$19 - $25 Hourly

This range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, education, location, and business needs. This position may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation based on the nature of the position, individual, department, and/or company performance.

 

Work Environment

This role operates in an active warehouse and shipping environment and requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and material handling throughout the workday. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and may involve operating forklifts and pallet jacks, loading and unloading shipments, and working around moving equipment and delivery vehicles. Employees are expected to follow all applicable safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
