Job Schedule: Hybrid; 4-days in-office (Monday-Thursday) 

Internship Length: 8 Months

A Day in the Life:     

  • Support all members of Dealer Network Strategy & Performance team to gather and update key department reports including sales tracking, customer quality, dealer financials, and industry sales data.      

  • Perform critical updates to dealer financial reporting including KPI gathering, presentation building and ad-hoc financial analysis relating, but not limited to, net profit, return on sales, working capital requirements.   

  • Support monthly creation of dealer group KPI scorecards by managing data feeds and ensuring individual templates are accurate and up to date for NCI executive team.   

  • Perform Ad-Hoc tasks as needed with the ability to concisely summarize large amounts of data in order to drive decision-making process. 

  • KPI reporting of all DND Strategy Network related reporting. 

  • Support the Geo-marketing team with data collection used to identify potential network opportunities. Manage Specialty network certifications and follow-up. 

  • Maintain Polk credentials database and utilize Polk Registrations to report on Dealer Efficiency. 

  • Tracking key project milestones, including weekly report development. 

  • Maintenance of facility database. 

  • Maintenance of facility database. Some involvement with vendor relationship. 

  • Tracking network capacity growth in all areas of dealership operations. 

  • Support for ad hoc requests. 

 

Who We’re Looking for:  

  • Creative problem solving, strong math/quantitative skills, and attention to detail.  

  • A background in Business, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering. 

  • Ability to brainstorm ways we can use and collect data that provides insight into the needs of the business.  

  • Experience in data analysis & data visualization software such as Tableau (optional but desired) 

  • Advanced Excel skills (Advanced Formulas): 

  • Tables & Formatting  

  • Conditional Formatting  

  • Advanced Charting  

  • Pivot tables & Pivot Reporting  

  • VLOOKUP 

  • Index Match 

Required:  

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with co-op/internship in Business, Math, Science or Engineering University Program.

Hourly Rate Range: 
$21.00 - $24.00 

 

Hourly Rate Estimate: This range represents the minimum and maximum hourly rates applicable to interns in this program or role. The hourly rate offered will fall within this range and is determined based on the intern’s academic progress (years completed in school).
