Job Description:
Be part of the team responsible for producing first-class live events and experiences for Dow Jones, The Wall Street Journal and Barron’s Group. The Dow Jones Events team produces events of all shapes, sizes and formats across in-person, virtual and hybrid environments, bringing our brands to life for our members, clients and colleagues. At the heart of it all is live journalism, connecting our audiences with newsmakers and big ideas through ambitious experiences.
As an Events Coordinator based in Hong Kong, you will support the planning and delivery of events across the Dow Jones APAC portfolio. Working closely with Event Producers, Managers and cross-functional stakeholders, you will play an important role in coordinating the operational and logistical delivery of events and ensuring a high-quality experience for attendees, clients, speakers and colleagues.

This is an opportunity for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented event professional to build their experience across event production while working with a global team and a range of Dow Jones brands and audiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management and communication skills, an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be a collaborative team player who is comfortable working with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and partners across APAC.
