SAP BRIM Project Manager

Mission Overview:

We are seeking a SAP BRIM Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. The SAP BRIM Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the implementation and evolution of SAP BRIM solutions (Subscription Order Management, Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA, Revenue Accounting and Reporting). This role involves coordinating teams to ensure the achievement of quality, deadlines, budget, and compliance objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Governance and project management
• Define and maintain the project schedule.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Manage budgets, resources, and workloads.
• Organize and facilitate project and steering committee meetings.
• Report to management and stakeholders.
• Team coordination
• Coordinate activities of SAP BRIM architects, functional consultants, developers, and integration teams.
• Facilitate collaboration between business teams and IT teams.
• Arbitrate priorities and manage bottlenecks.
• Ensure alignment between different workflows and functional areas.
• Management of the SAP BRIM solution
• Ensure consistency of Order-to-Cash processes covering SOM, CI, FI-CA, and RAR.
• Supervise functional and technical design activities.
• Ensure compliance with SAP standards and defined architectural principles.
• Ensure quality of interfaces with third-party systems and sales platforms.
• Risk and quality management
• Identify and monitor project risks.
• Implement appropriate mitigation actions.
• Control the quality of deliverables produced by teams.
• Supervise testing, acceptance, and production phases.
• Ensure traceability of decisions and changes.

Technical Skills:

• Good knowledge of SAP BRIM:
• SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM)
• SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)
• SAP Contract Accounting (FI-CA)
• SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR)
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash processes.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architectures.

Profile Required:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP projects.
• Demonstrated experience in SAP BRIM, Billing, Revenue Management, or S/4HANA projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to lead internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in complex environments involving multiple business and technical interfaces.
• PMP, Prince2, SAP Activate, or equivalent certification is a plus.
