This role will be known internally as a Marketing Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities:
Marketing Planning & Coordination (60%)
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables for timely execution.
Support day-to-day planning and administrative activities, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and budget tracking.
Manage ordering, tracking, and storage of marketing materials and inventory.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Marketing Budget Management (40%)
Work closely with the Marketing Director on yearly budget planning and tracking.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely tracking and reporting of marketing budgets.
Support the end-to-end marketing investment process, including raising purchase orders, tracking approvals, invoice management, and monthly uploads to the MRM Light Planning Tool.

This is an exciting support level role that provides exposure to all functions of marketing (trade, digital, brand) and has scope for long term career development. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing India and Emerging Asia, the successful candidate will be a crucial support to the boarder marketing team, while having fun along the way!
Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing, business administration, or sales operations in branded goods industries such as Sports, Fashion, Toys, FMCG, Snacks/Beverages.
Genuine interest in marketing, brands, and consumers, with a curiosity to learn and grow within a marketing organization.
Highly organized with strong project coordination skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, confident with budgets, invoices, and spend tracking.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; experience with reporting, trackers, and basic data analysis.
Excellent attention to detail, proactive, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly; experience with procurement, finance, or marketing planning systems is an advantage.
