Key Responsibilities
Drive Consumer & Market Understanding
• Lead consumer, customer and market research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitors and emerging pet owner trends.
Enable Data-Driven Growth
• Partner with CRM, Digital and Data teams to leverage first-party data.
• Support segmentation, journey mapping, engagement and loyalty insights.
Accelerate Innovation & Decisions
• Support innovation pipeline through insight-led opportunity identification.
• Lead concept, communication and consumer validation studies.
Build Insight Capability
• Champion consumer-centric thinking across the organization.
• Bring new methodologies, tools and AI-enabled approaches to insights.
What Are We Looking For?
Experience
• 5+ years in CMI, Consumer Research, Analytics, Strategy or related functions.
• FMCG, Consumer Health, Retail, Mom-Baby industry experience preferred.
• Strong ability to influence business decisions and senior stakeholders.
