Description
Do you feel like you've spent years building your clinical expertise while everything else around it has gotten harder? Caseloads that grew past the point of good practice, RBT teams that didn't get the supervision they needed, collaboration that happened in name only, the feeling that your skills deserve a better environment than the one you're in?
At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice intentionally built so experienced BCBAs can focus on what they do best: designing strong programs, developing their RBT teams, and doing genuine multidisciplinary work. Our goal is to build the best clinical team, and we know to do that we have to do things differently: manageable caseloads so you can hold a high clinical bar, true day-to-day collaboration with OT, PT, and SLP, and documentation flexibility that gives your evenings back.
What Your Day Looks Like
Day to day, you can expect to design and guide ABA programs that drive real outcomes, conduct assessments and program reviews, supervise and mentor your RBT team with the time and structure to do it well, and lead parent training and collaborative family meetings. Your OT, PT, and SLP colleagues are not just names on a care team; they are people you talk to every day about shared clients. That kind of integrated collaboration is something most experienced BCBAs have wanted and rarely found.
A caseload of up to 10 clients. Once job responsibilities are met, notes and indirect tasks can be handled from home. Our ABA department is committed to quality care and growth, providing training on most up to data care!
