Role expectations

• Transform commercial, clinical, product, and sales knowledge into engaging learning content.
• Create digital learning assets including presentations, videos, microlearning modules, playbooks, job aids, facilitator guides, and eLearning materials.
• Ensure content is practical, learner-focused, and aligned with business priorities.
• Support the development of content across Invisalign, iTero, GP, Orthodontics, DSO, sales skills, onboarding, and commercial excellence topics.

• Organize, upload, and maintain learning content within Allego and other learning platforms.
• Keep content accurate, up to date, and aligned with evolving commercial strategies and product updates.
• Support the management and organization of the EMEA content library.
• Ensure materials are easy to access, navigate, and consume for learners across the region.

• Contribute to the creation of onboarding, certification, product training, and sales skills programs.
• Support competency-based learning journeys and development initiatives.
• Assist in the development of learning paths that help employees continuously build knowledge and capabilities.
• Create learning resources that support both digital learning and instructor-led training.

• Work closely with Sales Trainers, Marketing, Clinical, Product Management, Commercial Excellence, and other subject matter experts.
• Gather content inputs and transform expertise into engaging learning experiences.
• Coordinate content reviews and updates with relevant stakeholders.
• Support alignment between learning content and business objectives.

• Utilize AI-powered tools and modern technologies to support content creation and enhancement.
• Explore innovative approaches to improve the learner experience and content development process.
• Support the adoption of new digital learning practices across the team.
• Stay informed about emerging learning technologies and content creation trends.

• Maintain consistent quality, branding, and learner experience across all content.
• Ensure learning materials follow agreed templates, standards, and governance processes.
• Support the localization and adaptation of content for different EMEA markets.
• Review and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.

What we're looking for

• 2-4 years of experience in content development, learning and development, instructional design, communications, training, sales enablement, or a related field.
• Experience within Medical Devices, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, or other commercial environments is desirable.
• Experience working with digital learning platforms, content authoring tools, or learning management systems is preferred.
• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment is an advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong content creation, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to transform complex information into clear, engaging, and learner-friendly content.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a passion for learning and development.

• Comfortable using digital tools and technologies to create engaging learning experiences.
• Strong interest in AI and its application to content creation and learning.
• Experience with multimedia content creation, video editing tools, graphic design tools, or eLearning authoring software is considered a plus.
• Experience with Allego or similar learning and enablement platforms is an advantage.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.

• Fluent English required.
• An additional EMEA language would be an advantage.

• Office-based in Wroclaw.
