Description
We are looking for an Account Manager to join the iBabs team at Euronext Corporate Solutions. The position will be based in Brussels, and start as soon as possible.
Description
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding the product portfolio with existing iBabs clients by developing strategic account plans and building strong relationships with client stakeholders.
The role requires a strong focus on strategic account management, identifying and developing upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and working collaboratively with product specialist sales, training, marketing, consulting and development teams to close transactions and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients in your designated account set within the Public segment, achieving revenue targets within the agreed budget and timelines.
- Prepare, present and negotiate proposals and contracts with clients, ensuring that all supporting documentation is available and kept up to date.
- Stay informed about developments within the public sector, actively participate in webinars, and keep your knowledge current so that you can serve as a trusted adviser to our clients.
- Initiate and maintain strategic account plans for your client set, working closely with the Marketing team to effectively engage and retain these strategic customers. Develop segment-specific initiatives and align marketing activities to deliver efficient client service.
- Support the Tender Manager and actively participate in tenders, market consultations, and product demonstrations and presentations.
- Use HubSpot to manage and monitor leads, opportunities and client contact points effectively.
Required experience and skills
- A proven track record with more than five years in direct client-facing sales roles focusing on business/strategic/key accounts within a software environment targeted at the public sector.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively present and sell complex multi-product solutions and articulate iBabs’ value proposition to clients and key stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage and generate revenue from existing clients through a conscientious, relationship-driven approach.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and expertise in managing large service agreements throughout their lifecycle.
- Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
- Flexible, proactive, results-oriented and service-focused.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
Education and knowledge
- Higher professional education (HBO+) level of working and thinking.
