Join the housekeeping team at the AC Hotel & Element San Antonio Riverwalk, a unique dual-brand hotel in the heart of downtown San Antonio. Under newly managed leadership, we're building a team that takes pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces for every guest who walks through our doors.

As a Housekeeper, you play an important role in the guest experience. You'll be responsible for preparing guest rooms to brand standards, refreshing occupied rooms, maintaining clean and inviting spaces, and making sure every detail is ready for our guests to enjoy their stay.

Whether a guest is visiting San Antonio for one night or settling into an extended stay at Element, your attention to detail helps create the experience they remember.

What You'll Do

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to AC Hotel, Element, and Avion Hospitality standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and maintain guest room surfaces.
• Restock towels, toiletries, coffee supplies, and other guest amenities.
• Remove trash and used linens from guest rooms and assigned areas.
• Stock and organize your housekeeping cart with the supplies needed for each shift.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, and lost-and-found items promptly.
• Complete assigned deep-cleaning and special housekeeping projects as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized hallways, housekeeping areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Follow all hotel safety, security, sanitation, and guest privacy procedures.
• Greet guests and coworkers in a friendly, professional, and service-focused manner.
• Work collaboratively with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and other hotel teams to deliver a great guest experience.
• Complete the assigned number of guest rooms while maintaining quality and cleanliness standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by hotel leadership.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hotel experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces.
• Dependable and able to maintain regular attendance based on the hotel's scheduling needs.
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a team.
• Friendly and professional when interacting with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Willingness to follow Marriott brand standards and Avion Hospitality policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
