As a Wellbeing Program Supervisor,  (Internal Title: Wellbeing Specialist Supervisor) you'll guide and support a team of staff dedicated to helping individuals with behavioral health needs thrive through Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) services. In this dynamic leadership role, you’ll oversee service delivery, provide training and supervision, and ensure a strengths-based, client-centered approach that supports recovery, holistic wellness, and supports personal growth for those we serve.

This full-time, benefit-eligible position that requires flexibility in the schedule, based on client and program needs.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-4p

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision, coaching, and training to PSR program staff
  • Lead team and individual supervision meetings focused on growth, quality, and clinical excellence
  • Ensure services meet DMH standards, licensing requirements, and Compass Health Network policies
  • Oversee the development and implementation of individualized, client-centered wellness plans
  • Monitor documentation and assessments for accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with clinical standards
  • Promote a culture of holistic health and wellness across the team and client services
  • Coordinate transportation and ensure safety protocols are followed
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, affiliates, and community partners to ensure continuity of care
  • Support staff in helping clients access local resources, apply for benefits, and maintain housing or Medicaid coverage
  • Participate in licensing visits, audits, and internal quality improvement efforts
  • Manage program resources, allocation of funds, and compliance with documentation standards
  • Encourage a proactive, energetic team culture through strong communication and leadership
  • Provide timely performance evaluations and feedback to program staff
  • Attend trainings, maintain professionalism, and contribute positively to the team environment



Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services required
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid driver’s license at the time of hire with the ability to obtain and maintain a Class E MO driver’s license by the end of the 60 day introductory period
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with the chronically mentally ill population, DD, or SUD
  • Supervisor experience is preferred
