Description
The Account Installation, Senior Manager leads the Benefit Summary and Legislation teams, ensuring accurate, compliant implementation support that enables client success. Through strategic leadership and cross-functional partnership, this role develops high-performing teams, drives continuous improvement, and advances key business initiatives across the enterprise.
What You’ll do:
Lead, coach, and develop supervisor and team members while fostering an accountable, collaborative, and engaged culture
Drive performance, workforce planning, and succession planning to support business growth
Lead Benefit Summary and Legislation operations to meet service and quality goals
Drive continuous improvement through standardization and automation
Ensure regulatory compliance, implement legislative changes, and mitigate operational risk
Lead readiness, capacity, and workforce planning to support business demand and strategic initiatives
Partner with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes and operational readiness
Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.
Leverage data and performance metrics to drive operational excellence and support strategic decision-making.
What you’ll need to do the job:
High School Diploma or GED - Required; Bachelor’s degree - Highly Preferred
5+ years of leadership experience driving operational excellence in healthcare operations, implementation, service delivery, or related functions – Require
Proven success leading managers and high-performing operational teams while driving engagement, accountability, and results – Required
Skilled at influencing stakeholders, leading change, and driving results through cross-functional collaboration – Required
Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams and drive business results through strategic leadership and execution – Required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) and strong technical and navigational skills - Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data, develop reporting, and resolve complex issues – Required
Experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or implementation operations, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements – Highly Preferred
Proven success leading process improvement and transformation initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies – Preferred
Proven success in workforce planning, capacity optimization, and operational readiness - Preferred

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 96,100 - 160,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
